InfoSat Corporation was established on July 1, 1990 It is governed by a 8-member Board of Directors. The larger body of the Members of the Corporation provides continuity for the Board and elects the Directors at the Annual Meeting of the Corporation. The Officers of the Corporation manage the day-to-day operations of the Laboratory.
